I can't type in the chat on my Streaming Dashboard. How do I fix that?
If you're encountering a problem where you're unable to type in the chat on the Streaming Dashboard, there are two solutions that you can try!
ENABLING JAVASCRIPT
Follow This Link to Enable JavaScript
CLEAR SITE DATA
Load eplay.com.
Right click and choose "Inspect."
On a PC, you can click CTRL+SHIFT+i or on a Mac you can click COMMAND+OPTION+i.
Then click "Application" at the top of the Inspect console.
"Application" may be hidden. You'll know if you're in the right area if it's the Elements | Console | Sources area. Click the » and expand it.
Click "Clear Storage."
Click "Clear Site Data."
This will force a new version of the page to load.
These steps work for Chrome!
