In short: yes! They need to be verified and added to your My Performers list. If you're streaming at the same time, you'll need to be added to each other's lists.

RULE OF THUMB

Not sure if someone should be added to your list? Follow these guidelines:
Will their face appear on screen? YES, they need to be verified and added to your My Performers list.
Will they only be appearing briefly? YES, they need to be verified and added to your My Performers list.
Will they only be on stream wearing a mask but physically present? YES, they need to be added to your My Performers list.
Will they only be on stream via their voice on mic? NO, they don't need to be verified and added to your My Performers list.
