How do you protect me from chargebacks by users?

We always protect our streamers from chargebacks. That’s where the tokens system comes in: rather than giving our viewers a refund, we’ll be giving them their tokens back as a credit. This won’t impact your bottom line, and will help you get more tips in the long term!

ePlay does not deduct any refunds, chargebacks or credits to users from your earnings! In rare occasions of fraud, tokens can be deducted but this is very limited. ePlay has a lot of protections against credit card, referral and user fraud!
