How do I connect my Lovense?

Desktop Streaming

Here are the steps to use your Lovense device with ePlay. Lovense has great video tutorials you can follow as well > WATCH LOVENSE TUTORIALS

Here is a quick overview on how this process works: 1) You pair your toy with your device (phone or computer) 2) (extension only) You pair your device with ePlay via the Browser Extension 3) Set your Lovense Levels 4) Turn on Lovense on ePlay!

| STEP 1 - PAIRING YOUR TOY

With a phone or computer, Install Lovense Connect App
Turn on your toy(s)
Tap on [ Add Toy(s) ] from Lovense Connect If you use a USB dongle > USB Dongle Sync Tutorial

| STEP 2 - PAIRING YOUR DEVICE WITH EPLAY

Install Browser Extension > Chrome Extension
Login to your Lovense account from Browser Extension
Select Cam Site: ePlay

| STEP 3 - SET YOUR LOVENSE LEVELS

Go to Lovense Browser Extension
Go to Settings
Set your Levels > Levels Tutorial

| STEP 4 - TURN ON LOVENSE From your Streaming Dashboard: https://www.eplay.com/dashboard

go to SETTNGS (cog ico)
go to LOVENSE tab
TURN ON LOVENSE
You're good to go!

How do I install the Lovense OBS Toolset?

Please note, you need to have OBS Studio (22.0.0 or later) software installed on your computer before installing OBS Toolset.

Download the Lovense OBS Toolset which corresponds to your operating system.

Windows (64-bit) Windows (32-bit) Mac

NOTE: Determine if you have a 32-bit or 64-bit operating system. On your keyboard, press and hold the “Windows” key and tap the “Pause” (or “Pause/Break”) key.

Check “System type:” to see if it says 32-bit or 64-bit Operating System.

Install the Lovense OBS Toolset after the download is complete.

Open OBS and add your “Lovense Video Feedback” into the sources.

Note: Ensure that the “Lovense Video Feedback” source is listed ABOVE all other sources. If it is not as the top, the video feedback will not display.

Also, it is prohibited for you to do any transaction involving any other service or product, including but not limited to any other Internet-based service. Accounts found to be involved in any of these activities will be terminated and payments will be withheld.

How do I mute, ban, or block users from my stream?

If you're having a problem with a user in your chat, you have several options available to you to ensure that you're able to curate your chatting experience the way you'd like.

MODERATING OPTIONS

**Timeouts **(10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour)—once the time is up, they will automatically be reinstated to the chat!
Ban Forever: This allows the user to continue to tip.
Block Forever: This blocks the user from being able to tip, view your stream, or anything else you do on ePlay!

HOW TO USE THESE MODERATING OPTIONS

Click on the icon next to the username.
You'll get a pop up. Click "MOD >" to bring up the options.
Choose the option you'd like to use at this time.
