Community Guidelines

The safety of our creators and users is our highest priority. We look to each of you to help us protect this unique and vibrant community. It’s important you understand our Community Guidelines, and the role they play in our shared responsibility to keep ePlay safe. Take the time to carefully understand our community guidelines.

No Sex Trafficking

This is our most important rule. ePlay is an online-only community. It is illegal and strictly prohibited for you to engage in, participate in, assist, support, or facilitate any act of prostitution, sex trafficking of children, or sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion.

Do NOT share any personal name, personal address, personal phone numbers, personal email, personal data of ANYONE. This includes any Live Chat, Private Messaging, Comments, Video or Image you post on ePlay.

No Real-Life Meeting

To comply with FOSTA and SESTA US regulations, it is prohibited for you to exchange any personal contact information with any user, or for you to take any action to arrange any type of real-life face-to-face meeting with a user.

Also, it is prohibited for you to do any transaction involving any other service or product, including but not limited to any other Internet-based service. Accounts found to be involved in any of these activities will be terminated and payments will be withheld.

This applies to ANY text, chat, content posted via your live channel, private messaging, comments, videos and photos.

No Impersonation

Content intended to impersonate a person or channel is not allowed on ePlay. We also enforces trademark holder rights. When a channel, or content in the channel, causes confusion about the source of goods and services advertised, it may not be allowed.

This means, you can NOT:
Channel impersonation: A channel that copies another channel's profile, background, or overall look and feel in such a way that makes it look like someone else's channel. The channel does not have to be 100% identical, as long as the intent is clear to copy the other channel.
Personal impersonation: Content intended to look like someone else is posting it.

No cyberbullying or harassment

Cyberbullying is bullying with the use of digital technologies (such as live chat, tip notes, private messaging). It is repeated behaviour, aimed at scaring, angering or shaming those who are targeted.

Examples:
spreading lies about or posting embarrassing content of someone else
sending hurtful messages or threats via messages
impersonating someone and sending mean messages to others on their behalf.

Be kind and tolerant, as cyberbullying and harassment will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate closure of your account.
