KYC & KYB Verification Requirements

Complete identity or business verification before receiving payouts on ePlay.

All streamers and studios must complete a verification process before payouts are issued. Individual streamers go through KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Studios and businesses go through KYB (Know Your Business) verification.

Verification helps ePlay prevent fraud, meet tax reporting obligations, and comply with payment processor and banking regulations — including DAC7 reporting requirements for EU-based creators.

Payouts cannot be issued until verification is complete. Incomplete or mismatched documentation may delay or block payments.

Payout name matching

The name on the payout account must match the name verified through KYC or KYB documentation. Mismatched names may result in delayed or rejected payouts.

Some accounts may also be required to complete:

  • A KYC questionnaire provided by SCTR
  • Studio agreements or contracts
  • Additional compliance reviews based on account activity, location, or payout method

ePlay may request additional documentation at any time to maintain compliance and platform security.
